So I went to SNK's website and found Lilly Kane's profile for the upcoming KoF 2006 game.
Her interests are similar to her brother's (right down to the most important: Her elder brother. AWWWWW), but what I really noticed is the birthdate they gave her.
October 16th, meaning she's 3 days ahead of me! Awesome!!!
Yeah, I'm a nerd, what can I say? XD
I dunno why, but there aren't many video game characters with October birthdates. Most of them are in the summer or winter. Ones I can name off the top of my head, aside from Lilly, are:
Potemkin (10-18)
Slayer (10-31)
Dee Jay (10-31)
Zantetsu (10-19, makes him all the more kickass)
Vincent Valentine (10-13)
And that's it. We need more October birthdays!
In other newsness, I had to weigh the options of Japan over my current situation. A while back, I promised myself I would visit overseas before I was 30, but the way things are now that might have to wait for a while longer. Now granted, I am not about to give up Japan at all, but maybe before I'm 35. With that said, I have two financial burdens coming up. Heather, if you're reading this, pay attention please.
1. The car - I'll probably be contacting my father around August so he can fly in to Vegas around mid-late September. By then I'll have quite a bit saved up and I can look at a nice, pre-owned car. From now until August I need to get my license.
2. The move - This is something I've been mulling over for a while. I love my apartment, but the management has now officially taken a nosedive and a 2 bedroom would suit us better. I've been printing out other apartments in the vicinity, and I'll have to choose which would be the best. I love the area, so I would rather stick around here, and the other factor is transporation convenience. Most of these are near bus lines in case I am unable to pick Heather up from work. Heather, this is why I asked you to start saving now. The lease is up in March, and before then we'll need to sit down and work out the moving finances. Also, you'll want to have some extra cash for furniture, etc.
And remember, we don't have a cat. Socks is a figment of our imagination, really.

Wow, thats quite an imagination! A figment that meows, cries, attacks people's feet and ISN'T Gay! (I swear, man... I mean, really... he's not...)

I say that because most apartment complexes here charge an insane amount of money to keep the cat in the house. My current place charges $500 ($250 of that can be returned), but I didn't have Socks when I moved in.
So we'll just have to pretend we don't have a cat. XD
