[Character] BLU Sniper
[Description]

Sniper's a tall, lanky, rugged individual. He has brown hair and a constant five o'clock shadow. His eyes are usually partially obscured by a pair of yellow tinted sunglasses. Clothing-wise, he's dressed as an outdoors man with his team-issued blue shirt, brown vest with spare bullets, jeans, and brown boots. He tops off his outfit with a brown slouch hat.
[Personality]
"You don't have to rely on other people if you never miss" - From the TF2 Bio
After spending a good portion of his life in the Australian outback, Sniper's learned how to be self-reliant. He prefers to be alone, and because of that he tends to be a bit on the socially awkward side. He simply doesn't get people, and he quite frankly doesn't really care to get them. The idea of being alone in the wilderness is much more appealing to him than being around a bunch of people. Since he's so detached, he's not very well-liked by his teammates. However, it's that aloofness and ability to remain alone that makes him such an excellent marksman.
But despite his dislike of society, he's surprisingly cordial. He almost never curses, even when dominating his opponents. However, his insistence on keeping civil doesn't quite stop him from using other harsh words during a battle. Other times, if he has something negative to say, he simply mumbles it to himself.
[Canon] It's the classic story of rivalry, this time it's between the REDs and BLUs. BLU stands for Builder's League United, and they supposedly deal in the construction industry. This is actually just a cover for several companies that control half of the government. The other half is controlled by the RED, or Reliable Excavation (and) Demolition. Since they're constantly fighting for power, mercenaries are contracted in cases that lack a more civil solution. Their clashes are violent and often fatal, resulting in frequent replacements.
For Sniper, he's from Adelaide, in South Australia. Recruited for his experience as a big game tracker in the unforgiving outback, he makes his living as an assassin. The company pays him well, making more than most doctors. His parents don't care for his line of work, so he wrote to them, claiming that he actually IS a doctor now.
In the actual game, they are part of a sub-group known as Support. Snipers are utilized to
eliminate targets from a distance, allowing their more offensive teammates to advance easier or to defend a vital control point. They usually sit in the same spot, waiting for a target to run by carelessly. A Sniper has to be patient and resist running out into the open unless they're equipped properly. That's not to say they're useless in close combat. Snipers are able to defend themselves easily with a type of large knife called a kukri. Sometimes they choose to use a submachine gun, something that's useful when they are forced to flee from one spot to another. If they are feeling brave, they can opt for eliminating their targets with the Huntsman, a bow and arrow set. But most are content with their rifle and a nice, quiet spot on higher ground.
Another tactic is the mysterious ability known as Jarate. That's when a Sniper throws a jar of peculiar liquid at his opponents. It's useful for putting out the Pyro's flames and uncloaking enemy Spies. But the less said about the actual liquid, the better.
[Timeline] Right in the midst of the RED vs. BLU war
[RP Sample] One sample, coming up!

Wallaroo is in the same state as Adelaide, has an Adelaide Street and looks like it's just about the right size/sort of place to fit in with your app: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wallaroo,_South_Australia
