That's the odd thing: it actually says Adelaide St. in his canon. I can easily fudge with it since that's all it says (other than his parents' house being the red one on the left). But then again, they also said Sniper was less Australian-influenced than the rest of the Australian NPC cast.

Any ideas where he should come from?
