Ze RP meme snatched from everyone.
1. Where and when did you start RPing?
I -think- I started around 1999-2000, first with stuff over AIM and then a Final Fantasy RP through Yahoo! Groups.
2. Do you RP anywhere other than LJ?
Just on AIM on occasion.
3. Do you play in any public games?
Three. The rest are Dressing Rooms and Museboxes.
4. Do you prefer first-person comment spam or prose logging?
I tend to lean more towards comment spam, though if I do want some more fleshing out, I go for the logging.
5. What was the first character you ever played?
I started off playing Irvine from FF VIII.
6. Who's your favorite character to play now and why?
I love playing them all, but right now it's Venom and Iroha. Venom because I always feel that there's so much more to the character, yet he's given the shaft since he's not a popular character gameplay-wise. Though for the record, Venom's my best chara when I do play. As for Iroha, she's just CUTE AND CAN KICK YOUR ASS.
7. What's the longest you've ever consistently played one character?
Venom in all his incarnations. I've played him since 2007 and is currently ongoing.
8. What's your biggest RP pet peeve?
I could think of a few things. My main beef is lack of communication and bad mods.
9. Do you read RP secrets and the RP anon meme?
I do RP!S, but I rarely comment. I always want to see if someone makes a secret about me, whether it be positive OR negative
10. If you've played in public before, do you prefer community based or journal based games?
Definitely journal-based.
11. Would you rather play with someone who's very very IC but a mediocre writer or someone who isn't always IC (but not terrible) and a great writer?
That's a tough one. It really would have to depend on the person and just how OOC they are.
12. Do you have a "RP partner"?
I have a couple of 'em.
13. Do you ever stalk any casts, games, or players? Who?
I can't say I do. Seems kinda pointless.
14. In your opinion, which part of an app is the most difficult/annoying?
The sample, especially if you're apping to a new place and you don't quite understand what they're asking for.
15. Are you one of those people who has to customize their character's journal layout and userinfo?
I just pick a layout that suits them and a variety of icons. No big deal. I only have one paid RP account, after all.
16. What was your first game?
I don't remember the name, but it was a Final Fantasy-based RP.
17. Are there any canons you avoid tagging characters from?
Not really.
18. Most memorable scene in any thread?
There have been a lot. And of course I blank out when I try to answer.
19. Do you RP sex?
I do! In fact, I'm in the middle of one as we speak.
20. Do you play more males or females?
Males. I just relate to them better.
21. What *won't* you RP?
There's very little I won't RP, but I let my friends know where I draw the line.
22. Dressing rooms: yes or no?
Yes. I co-mod a fighting game dressing room. :3
23. Ever RPed a pairing?
Quite a few.
24. Favorite place to play: musebox, open posts, public games, private games?
I like a little bit of everything for different reasons. Museboxes let me try out a chara amongst friends, open posts for general tomfoolery, etc.
25. Talking RP with someone else who plays your character: fun or awkward?
A bit of both. It's rare when I find others who RP the same charas as I do, since I like minor charas from fighting games. Though overall I do like seeing other people's interpretations of the chara.
