Geez, what the hell is wrong with desert cities >_< El Paso should be running out of water eventually too. The underwater natural tanks (Waco, I think) are losing more water than they get, and since some other state has the Rio Grande damned, there's really very little hope here. Well, if you don't count the TORRENTIAL RAINS this summer, that was odd O_o
