1. bartending:
   This one began when I was around 18 years old. I loved the idea of making cocktails, so I enrolled at the Texas School of Bartenders (represent, yo). The skills waned after a few years, but were revived full force when I began working in Las Vegas. Now I do it more as a hobby, but the love for making drinks is still strong.

3. goenitz:
   He's the boss of King of Fighters '96. Since he's one of the four Heavenly Kings he's destined to serve Orochi as a sort of priest. A typical SNK boss, he's cheesy as a mofo as well. P.S. - In my mind, he's also a closet David Bowie fan.
4. james bond movies:
   Thanks, dad! I grew up on these spy flicks. Sean Connery is the man. Long live Diamonds are Forever!
5. king of fighters:
   I remember hearing about this fighting game while growing up, but I never got around to playing it. My interest was piqued when I moved to Vegas and my friend Fygee re-introduced me. Now I love the series for its intricate (if not a little unorthodox) plot, developed characters, and amazing music.
6. moriya minakata:
   Ah, the lonely redhead from Last Blade. His adoptive father/master was mysteriously slain, so Moriya goes on a quest to find out who killed him. His adoptive brother Kaede and sister Yuki also seek answers. He's brooding, stoic, and damn, he's cute.
7. rose:
   I gotta support the Italian tarot reader of the Street Fighter Alpha series. Yeah, she's like Bison in several ways, but at least she uses her abilities for good rather than world domination. But how can she fight in those heels?
8. shounen-ai:
   It's Japanese for "Boys Love". Once in a while I prefer a little romance as opposed to all-out sex. Of course the boys in question are older in my mind as compared to actual boys used in shounen-ai. Did that make sense?
9. ultimate billy kane:
   The Marvel Universe put out several "Ultimate" titles. These series wiped the slate clean of decades of back story while creating new profiles for classic characters. Inspired by the Ultimate X-Men, I created a whole new persona for Billy Kane of Fatal Fury. The result is a seventeen-year-old punk fan with fire abilities. Ain't he adorable?
10. yaoi:
    "Stop it! My butt hurts!" The bottom line (no pun intended) is that yaoi is two guys having lots of sex. It can be subtle and tasteful, or it can be downright naughty. I've been into this genre since around 1997, and I haven't looked back.
